Admission Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from a recognized University / Institution
OR
An Honours or General degree in any discipline with minimum one year prior learning / working experience related to Public Administration
OR
Postgraduate Diploma (SLQF 8) from a recognized University / Institution or an equivalent qualification acceptable to the Faculty Board and Senate
AND
Professional qualification in Public Administration from a recognized professional body with minimum one year prior learning / work experience in Public Administration

Application Procedure
Application forms may be obtained in person from the Faculty of Graduate Studies on submission of the deposited bank slip for Rs.1,000/- to the People’s Bank using the reference number 190042730002716.

Downloaded application forms must be submitted with the payment receipt using the same reference number.

Completed applications should be sent to the Senior Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Graduate Studies, University of Jaffna, Thirunelvely by registered post or by hand on or before the closing date. The envelope should be marked “Application for Master of Public Administration – 2024”.
* Incomplete, illegible or late applications will not be considered.

Fill in your personal information and use the reference number in place of the account number.
Keep a photocopy of the deposit slip for future reference.
