As per the revised Ordinance No. 05 of 2020, the Faculty Board consists of the following:

Ex-officio Members:
- The Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies (Chairperson).
- Deans of all Faculties of the University.
- Chairpersons of Boards of Study.

Nominated Members:
- Two members nominated by the Council from among the appointed members of the Council as specified in Section 44(1)(vii) of the Act.
- Two members, not being staff of the University, nominated by the Senate from among persons of eminence in areas of study relating to the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
- One member nominated by the Council with the concurrence of the Commission from among postgraduate teachers in the Boards of Study of the Faculty.
The most senior Administrative Officer of the Faculty serves as the Secretary to the Board.
