The application fee is Rs. 3,500/- per application form.

The payment receipt must be submitted together with the application form.

📋 Application & Submission Instructions

Obtain the prescribed application form from the Faculty of Graduate Studies or download it from the Faculty website.
Pay the required Rs. 3,500/- application fee and keep the payment receipt.
Attach the payment receipt to the completed application form.
Complete all required sections clearly and accurately.
Submit the duly completed application by registered post or by hand during office hours.
The research programme applied for should be clearly indicated as “Application for MPhil / PhD – 2026” on the top left-hand corner of the envelope.

Please Note

Incomplete or illegible applications will not be considered.
Applicants will be selected based on the availability of a supervisor in the particular field or discipline of research.
Selection may also depend on the availability of required laboratory facilities.
Applications submitted after 31 December 2026 will not be entertained.
